Prospect Research and Management

The Prospect Research and Management Officer plays a key role in supporting the Philanthropy and Campaigns department by providing research, analysis, and data management to build and maintain a strong donor pipeline. This position involves identifying potential major donors, aligning their interests with hospital priorities, and assisting in the implementation of prospect strategies, including moves management and data reporting. The officer works both independently and collaboratively, using initiative and innovation to achieve strategic outcomes in support of HHSF's fundraising goals.

We are seeking an innovative Creative Director to spearhead the development of groundbreaking creative strategies that bring our mission to life. Reporting into the Vice President Brand Strategy, you will lead the creative direction for all of HHSF’s brand, marketing, and communications initiatives, pushing boundaries to deliver compelling, modern designs that captivate and inspire. With a focus on innovation and fresh ideas, you’ll create diverse assets allwith the goal of driving awareness and support for HHSF’s vital work.

The Digital & Content Marketing Specialist role has the overall responsibility for content creation, social and community management, email deployment, as well as the planning, execution, tracking and reporting of digital marketing activities to achieve the Foundation’s brand awareness, engagement and fundraising goals.

A dedicated fundraising professional, this role has an assigned portfolio of individual, corporate and community organization donors and third-party events and is responsible for building strong and productive relationships to maximize revenue generation opportunities. This front-line support position also provides a wide range of administrative and office support that requires exceptional organizational talents, database management skills and professional communication in person, by phone and in writing.

Senior Development Officer, Philanthropy

The Senior Development Officer, Philanthropy at Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation(HHSF) is responsible for fostering and soliciting major multi-year gifts,managing a portfolio of high-level donors, and designing strategies to maximize philanthropic support. This role involves building strong relationships,overseeing fundraising initiatives, and ensuring timely follow-through to support HHSF’s goals, with a focus on donations of $25,000 and above.
