Brand Manager

We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Brand Manager to join our team on a 14-month maternity leave contract. This pivotal role is responsible for elevating Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation’s brand identity and public presence. We’re looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, a willingness to challenge conventional methods, and a drive to find new approaches for connecting with our community. The Brand Manager will provide strategic oversight for our social media and public relations efforts, introducing creative solutions and elevating our brand across every touchpoint, while managing a diverse range of brand-related activities. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping how our Foundation is experienced, understood, and celebrated both locally and beyond.
Community and Legacy Giving
Coordinator
Hamilton, ON
The Coordinator will contribute to achieving annual revenue targets by supporting donor acquisition, retention, stewardship, and engagement through integrated fundraising channels such as direct mail, digital, events, and personalized outreach. This role requires strong collaboration with internal teams across the Foundation and Hospital, as well as external agencies and vendors, to deliver high-quality campaigns, donor experiences, and recognition activities.
In addition, the role provides key operational, administrative, and stewardship support for the Legacy Giving program, including donor inquiries, materials development, events, and estate administration processes. The Coordinator will also ensure accurate donor and gift data management, reporting, and continuous improvement of fundraising systems and donor experiences.

Foundation Intern

We are looking for an energetic, community minded Foundation Intern to join our Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation team. Reporting to the Manager, Development, this role offers an exciting professional development opportunity for someone looking to build a career in fundraising, community engagement, and the non profit sector.
In this front-line support position, you will help strengthen donor relationships, support community fundraising initiatives, and play an active role in connecting people to our mission of enabling world class care at Hamilton Health Sciences. While administrative tasks are part of the role, the heart of this position focuses on database management, donor engagement, and fundraising support that enhances our presence across the region. You will maintain accurate donor and prospect records, track pledges and recognition activities, and support smooth fulfillment of donor commitments. Strong communication skills will be essential as you prepare donor thank you letters, acknowledgements, proposals, and other materials that advance solicitation, cultivation, and stewardship efforts.
