The Palliative Care Endowment Fund is available for health care professionals working in palliative care at Juravinski Hospital  and Hamilton General Hospital. The Fund is designated to reimburse funds (up to $500 per person/group, per calendar year) to support palliative care activities/materials that will:

1.     Support the provision of palliative care to patient and families.

2.     Enhancepublic education regarding palliative care.

3.     Provide an educational / professional development opportunity to a JH or HGH Site health care professional to enhance their ability to provide optimal palliative care.

4.     Purchase educational materials relating to palliative care (i.e. books, brochures, handouts, etc.).

‍Please note: Fund application requests must be made prior to attending events or purchasing materials.  Retrospective applications for reimbursement will not be considered.
