Presenting the inaugural Hammer Plunge, presented by Baffin. Taking place November 29 at Fifty Point Conservation Area in Winona, this dip into the frigid water of Lake Ontario brings the community together to support life-saving care at Hamilton General Hospital and Regional Rehabilitation Centre. With proceeds going to Emergency Department redevelopment to increase capacity and reduce wait times.
